Travel and Project Expenses Billed at Cost or provided by Client (Per diems for food, appropriate for the location, may be provided by Client.Vehicle expense, when applicable, billed at 32¢/mile. )
Day Rate Basis Up to 10 contiguous hours per day
  • Begins upon arrival for projects within Harris County, Texas
  • Portal-to-portal otherwise
Half-Day Rates

(Applicable when at least one full-day is booked)

 2/3 of normal Day Rate Up to 5 hours (see Basis above), when:
  • the half-day concludes no later than 1 PM, or:
  • the half-day begins no earlier than 12 noon
Overtime 1.5 x Rate (after 10 contiguous hours)
Complete Project Production

Taxes 8.25% on certain items All services and items used or consumed in the production process are non-taxable in the State of Texas.  Thus, sales tax is generally only charged on duplications of a completed project.  If sales tax charges are incurred by TPT in purchasing items for the production and TPT is billing  the client for those items, then that amount will be included in the invoice.
