Texas Production Team offers two options for DVD Authoring / Mastering, Basic and Advanced.
BASIC DVD MAIN MENU (what the user first sees when it comes up on the set-top DVD player or on the computer).

APPLICABLE TO BOTH BASIC AND STANDARD DVD AUTHORING / MASTERING:
Mastered DVD files are the standard VOB files, ready for DVD Duplication
4.5 Gigabytes maximum per DVD disc (about 2 hours of video)
Copy-protection cannot be offered in-house. This is a licensed process, and a specially-mastered set of files must be created and sent to a Macrovision-licensed facility for replication.

Menus can “loop” indefinitely (including motion & sound) until user chooses a button (or hits “enter” or “play”)
Can set a “First Play” segment as an Intro that does not reappear when returning to the Main Menu
Full DVD Navigational capabilities:
At the end of a Title, the program can go back to the Main Menu (or other Menu), or it can flow directly into the next Title
Any Element (video, menu, button) can branch to any other Element, as programmed
We can program what happens when the user selects the standard DVD buttons on the remote or the computer interface (including the option of disabling buttons)
Second Angle option can be provided (this must be introduced during Editing, and programmed during DVD Authoring)
Subtitles can be added, as optioned by selecting “subtitle” on the player’s controls (full closed-captioning requires electronic transcription and processing)
All the standard “Hollywood” options are available (Director’s Commentary audio track, Bonus Features, Extras, etc.)
Can program a single-title project to come up immediately, with no menus, and can program to repeat indefinitely (useful for trade shows, kiosks)
