| Professional on-camera makeup
(TV, video, film) is a specialty that requires training. Fortunately, such
experienced artists are readily available. Sometimes, however, it may not practical to hire a pro, for various reasons. So in a pinch, anyone familiar with general makeup can step up to the plate. Just keep it to the basics. It's not the time to create art-- an flat application of pancake, giving an even appearance that enhances skin tones will work. And keep an eye on the TV monitor. If there's any sign of shine, pop in between takes and dab 'em down! |
